I'm working on my three-dimensional family tree hologram. I need a metaphor to work with. I am going to be depicting generations of my family stacked up - and overlapping in space within my holograms and I need to organise - or arrange - my images. I'm working on how best to do that. The candle imagery feels relevant. The candles have a spiritual aspect, they give off light and move. My tiny holographic videos will appear to give off light - if I use a dark background, and the moving images will flicker as the viewer moves in front of them.
